Return Policy

**NO REFUNDS - NO EXCEPTIONS

RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 5 days of receipt.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, damaged washed or used.
  • Merchandise must have all tags (including hang tags) and accessories attached. 
  • Merchandise must be suitable for resale.
  • Non-returnable/non-exchangeable merchandise include final sale products, discounted items, special order items, The Holiday Collection, formal gowns, after-five attire, and holiday clothing or accessories. 
  • Shoes must be unworn, packed in original box(es), with all tags attached and placed in a protective box.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or credit  that does not meet our requirements including any signs  of wear.  
  • Customer is responsible for shipping fees (are not refundable) to send back to Lilly & Ruth. 
  • Lilly & Ruth diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely.  Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear and smoke, and in the event the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit. 
  • Store credit is only valid at LillyandRuth.com. 

 

 

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

Upon receipt of your package, your return for store credit will be credited within 5-7 business days.  You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

WHEN MAKING A RETURN:

Pack your merchandise securely in the original product packaging.  Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, parts and accessories) with tags attached.
